Former Pupil’s Football Success
Congratulations for former Ysgol y Grango pupil Aled Thomas who has signed his first professional contract with Everton Football Club. Signing his contract this week means he will play at Everton until June 2027
Aled was a valued student at Grango until 2023 and has been playing with the Everton academy since he was seven years old.
Aled is also a Welsh International, having been capped five times by Wales at Under-19s level and even made history at the new Everton ground, the Hill Dickinson Stadium in February, when he become the first player to lead out an Everton side at the Club’s new home, captaining the Under-18s in a friendly.
Everyone at Ysgol y Grango are so proud of all Aled’s achievements and will be watching and cheering him on in all his future endeavors.
