MMA Medal rush competition

Huge congratulations to Ffion Davies on her achievements at the weekend in the 2017 MMA Medal rush competition. Ffion achieved gold in Sparing, Silver in Grappling and Two bronze in Kata’s. Following this Ffion will now compete in the British championship competition for her age group. Ysgol y Grango and the PE department wish her the best of luck.
