Dear Parent

In order to limit the spread of Covid and prevent further school lockdowns, the Welsh government will be supplying all schools with lateral flow tests for use by years 7, 8 and 9.

The tests should be administered on a Wednesday and Sunday. The instructions which accompany the tests are clear and are designed to be easy for pupils to follow. However, it would be helpful if parents could supervise the first few tests until the pupils become familiar with the process.

The tests will be handed out to pupils in class when they are delivered.
