Nurture Garden

Pupils from the Nurture Groups were busy today planting rhubarb and strawberry plants in Belfast basins, which were kindly donated by Mr Taffinder, our IT Network Manager. It is all part of our plan to develop and create a Nurture Garden for pupils to use throughout the school day. Not only would this be a safe and peaceful space for pupils to utilise, it would provide fantastic opportunities for learning across all subject areas. We may only have a few plants to work with at the moment but as they say ‘From small seeds, grow mighty oaks.’ So if you would like to donate equipment or furniture to support the development of our Nurture Garden, please get in touch!
